PROACTIVE THINKING
Why change is so hard and
how to push for new ideas
The problem
More than ever before, we are faced with change: in our private lives, at work and globally. To accept change and to even actively push for it, often feels like a burden. At the same time, a reactive way of working withdraws the very energies we need for a fulfilling life. And finally, there is a striking contradiction between the management’s constant calls for new solutions and a resistance to a creative mindset in companies.
Goals
This workshops fosters proactive thinking and strengthens our abilites and our confidence – to come up with new ideas and push them through. For this, we will fathom at the underlying causes that prevent us from handling change and uncertainty. We will learn how to sustainably deal with inertia and tunnel vision – at work and in our personal lives.

First, we examine how new ideas come to be – to understand better how to implement proactive thinking. Our findings will be illustrated with examples of successful enterprises and people.
